Due to the inability to purchase shipping insurance for orders dispatched from our Europe Warehouse, we are unable to provide after-sales service for the following logistics-related issues:

Incorrect delivery information – Packages may be lost or undeliverable if the recipient details provided are inaccurate or incomplete.

Secondary customs clearance – Any delays or interruptions in tracking caused by additional customs procedures are beyond our control.

Recipient absence – If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, resulting in a delayed or lost package.

Partial product loss – Situations where part of the package contents go missing during transit.
To minimize these risks, we kindly remind all customers to ensure their delivery information is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
